In the membership section you can now search for anyone using the unique reverse search method. Type in the number of your missed call and you will be provided with information about the caller which can include their name and email address.

Now that you have all this valuable information you can use it to decide whether to call the person back or what the next step is.

People may tell you that free reverse phone directories do exist online, they do but they provide about a quarter of the information available and you virtually need an I.T. degree to use them. I have tried to use some of these but I only managed to get shifted into numerous different unrelated sites, and they installed some spyware on my computer.
